After a crushing rejection from the PCBC2, Steve fell into a slump of sadness. Looking at the bright side of things he got to witness the PCBC2 tournament first hand, but it wasn't the same as competing. His mentor Prof. Fern arrived and surprised him with an invitation to PCBCOS as well as returning his conical shelled Omanyte (Leviathan) to him.

Steve is a trainer with an ego bigger than his ambitions. He constantly "reminds" people of how awesome he is, be it through a flashy entrance or amazingly coordinated attack patterns. The guy knows his shit, he didn't place in the top 20 of his region through ignorance. He studies Pokemon, and although prehistoric Pokemon are his area of expertise, being a trainer has drawn him to study all Pokemon at least a little.

While he is a trainer, his tastes differ from the usual trainer in that he HATES mammals. Only a few have gained his approval (Zubats, Sneasels, and Mamoswine are a select few) and he otherwise wants nothing to do with them. His tactics are far less merciful when it comes to fighting mammals, there's a good change he'll have his Pokemon throw in an extra hit just for kicks.

He is usually seen with his Omanyte (Leviathan) on his shoulder and his Porygon-Z (H4X0R) floating about protectively and occasionally his Omastar (Kraken) following (Kraken's behavior in public tends to earn him a ride in the Pokeball).

Kraken is one of Steve's favorites, but has a nasty habit of trying to eat opponents through primal instinct. He's a tad slow due to the shell and he knows it, which prompts him to commonly flood the arena with Surf and making his weight much more bearable. Like an octopus, Kraken has a terrifying grip and scarcely lets go. He'll get a grip and use his shell to anchor the opponent while he bits away at them.
Very defensive of Leviathan.

Jitters is a batshit crazy Rotom. His eye is always twitching, and so is he, darting about and playing hard to hit. Like any good ghost, Jitters likes to play tricks. These tricks could range from stealing an appliance behind Steve's back before a fight to blinding the foe with Flash and Double Teaming into an hittable mess. Disobeys orders every now and again to play a prank on the opponent mid fight.

Apples the Torterra is a gentle creature with an apple tree growing out of it's back. Steve loves Apples as a method of transportation, but also as a fighter although it doesn't harbor the same hatred towards all mammals like Steve would like. Instead Apples will go easier on smaller opponents, trying not to squish their heads unless they get really out of hand. Against larger foes Apples has no problem unleashing his planty fury.

Steve caught Lancelot during the events of PCBC2. He's a fierce fighter, preferring hand to hand combat and falling back on Bullet Seed for trickier foes. The best Steve can guess is that the gecko frequented either the fighting dojo of Saffron, or the poison ninja gym of Fuchsia (possibly both) as he holds that sort of mentality of honor and dignity both places have. His fighting style keeps him from taking too many hits, often using Detect with his speed to dodge and tripping foes with Grass Knot and sneaking away with Dig.

Wyrvern is Steve's first Pokemon, a present to him when he came of age to become a trainer and something he avoided like a razor toothed plague until a few years ago. He's very protective of Steve and can be hostile to any perceived threats but otherwise friendly. Wyrvern has no problem with crashing into foes with Giga Impact straight out of the sky recklessly and will obey any order his trainer issues.

Vishap is a more recent addition and is always trying to prove it's place on the team. It uses it's blinding speed to run circles around foes and attack them unaware. Unfortunately in it's haste it tends to make bad decisions before Steve has the change to issue a well thought out attack plan. To help off set this it will use Detect to try and avoid foes taking advantage of these mistakes. Sound sensitive Pokemon are not recommended against it.

DO NOT ENGAGE! Steve's Porygon-Z H4X0R (H4X for short) is a lethal force. After getting it's coding fixed at Silph Co., Steve proceeded to make his own modifications. It's move pool is vast and unsettling containing projectile beams and reality distorting powers (Trick Room). H4X is meant for protection not battling, so you shouldn't have to worry about it. However it has been known to blurt out information over Steve's shoulder about opponents and strategies from it's Download ability, adding to Steve's knowledge.
---Leviathan (conical shelled Omanyte)
No threat at all... yet. Leviathan is Steve's newest Omanyte, a cute little thing that rests on his shoulders with it's suction cups and enjoys the view. Mind your distance though, if Kraken is out of his Pokeball he tends to be very defensive of the small squid. Even now Leviathan is earning it's spot on the future team as an effective Diver/Digger, using Dive on solid ground by boring into it with the pointed shell and filling the hole with water as it goes.


According to the Rules of PCBCOS I am allowed to give guidelines as to what I don't want my opponent doing to my character. Bodily harm ain't so bad, nothing irreversible please. And most importantly: BRING NO HARM TO THE HAT! K, thx.
